I have started a new blog The Diet Specific Cooking Guide.
My reasoning is thus:
As I am experimenting and cooking for others, and myself, specific to their needs. I will be posting recipes which are either, Gluten or Lactose Free, Vegetarian, FODMAP and many others to my new blog. The blog will be recipes specifically for those who need to make choices. I am finding this Blog is sending too many mixed messages.
Those recipes will still remain here too, but I want to keep on with experimenting with ALL Food and Ideas!
For me it's all about flavour. I also enjoy the odd slice of pie, pasta and I have Many more recipes which are not about healthy eating. Everything in moderation, and there are some amazing meals I still have to post on yet.
I love to cook and I love my experiments, but I love my readership.
I trade and barter with others, and this, my original blog is about my experiments. It is not easy to navigate through my thoughts, experiments and ideas if you are looking for a recipe, diet information, or a new idea that relates to one of these diets.
I am someone who is very interested in my health as well as the health of others. If you are searching for something specific, I'm hoping to make it easier for you.
